    Was cut up by one of your drivers who was driving very erratically at about 3.50 in Newcastle under Lyme by Sainsbury’s. He was smoking while driving then threw it out his window and preceeded to make a phone call. Appalling
    I took a pic at the traffic lights (I was passenger) of the cab but did not get the reg of the van. If you want the picture let me know.

    Waited in all day yesterday..no delivery..no phone call..phoned today and told their van too large for our SMALL road..So rescheduled another day with smaller van.?????? We stay on a main road. What an idiotic excuse.

    Poor service was meant to deliver 2 X tyres and turned up with only 1 and left with next door neighbour ( good job they are honest) with NO note left in our door. The delivery guy said he may turn up with the other one tomorrow (2/9/16)

    Hi I’ve received a card though my letter box but it has no details at all on it.
    I’ve ordered an item through Aosom.co.uk with an order number of 100008156.
    I’ve not received an email, as promised, with dispatch details & a tracking number from them which is a big help!!!

    Absolute disgrace!! Package did not arrive only to find it had been signed by somebody else. Driver left no notification. Having to call several times to get an answer as I’m constantly being palmed off.

    Hi there I bought a outsunny garden furniture from eBay on the 10th of May.. I got told it was expected to arrive on the 13th of May.. It still hasn’t arrived.. I have a tracking number which is 524522154.. I put this number into your web site but it keeps on asking me for a account number which I do not have and do not know.. Could you please find out and let me know when this delivery is due to arrive as it was suppose to arrive 48 hours after purchase.. Thank you..

    I have just had to reverse out of my doctors surgery to let other patients out to then b deliberately blocked in by one of your drivers so he could do he’s delivery this making me wait before I could get into the doctors. .. I am glad I was early and did not have one of my young children needing attention.. completely disgusted if this is how your drivers are trained to even a thank u a sorry nothing… impatient and rude
